FAQs
Q: How much does Glimex cost? A: Glimex operates on a success fee model—we only make money when you make money. The standard fee is 5% of profits generated by the AI AutoSell feature. There are no monthly subscriptions or upfront costs.
Q: Is my private key safe with Glimex? A: Yes. Your private key is only used locally on your device to sign transactions. It's never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Q: How does Glimex decide when to sell? A: Glimex's AI analyzes dozens of factors including price action, trading volume, social media sentiment, on-chain metrics, and historical patterns to identify optimal selling opportunities.
Q: Can I override the AI's decisions? A: Absolutely. You maintain full control and can manually execute trades or disable the AI AutoSell feature at any time.
Q: What happens if there's a network outage? A: Glimex has fallback mechanisms to handle network disruptions. In case of a prolonged outage, the system will default to conservative settings to protect your assets.
Q: Can Glimex buy tokens automatically too? A: Yes, through the Sniper feature. Glimex can automatically purchase tokens based on criteria you set.
Q: How does Copy Trading work? A: Copy Trading allows you to automatically mirror the trading activities of successful traders in the Glimex ecosystem. You choose who to follow and how much to allocate to each trader.
Q: Is there a minimum investment amount? A: No, you can use Glimex with any amount. However, very small positions may be affected by network fees and minimum trade size limitations on DEXes.
Q: How do I withdraw my profits? A: Your funds remain in your wallet at all times. You can transfer or withdraw them using the Withdraw function in the Wallet Management section.
Q: What if I want to stop using Glimex? A: You can disconnect your wallet at any time through the Wallet Management section. Since Glimex doesn't hold your funds, they remain accessible in your wallet.
